About Eve B. Rose
Eve B. Rose is a financial writer with more than 25 years of experience. She is a white paper specialist and a writer of shareholder report commentary, brochures, articles, and management communications. She has won five awards for her work.
Eve is an Accredited Business Communicator (ABC) and a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®). She was formerly registered Series 7, 63, and 65 (expired 10/8/01).
Eve has been a speaker at New York/Women in Communications, the Fordham University Women in Business Conference, Paragon Resources’ Maximum Impact Marketing workshop, and the sales and marketing conference of the Institute of Certified Investment Management Consultants (ICIMC). She has lectured at New York University in its continuing education program for marketing, advertising, and public relations.
Eve is active in a number of professional organizations, including IMCA, the Financial Women’s Association of New York (FWA), Marketing Executives Networking Group (MENG), New York Women in Communications (NY/WICI), and the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC). She served as a member of the editorial board of The Monitor, the newsletter of the Investment Management Consultants’ Association (IMCA). She has also been a member of the FWA's Board of Directors and is the former co-chair of the Emerging Issues committee. In 1993-94, she was President of IABC’s New York chapter.
Eve lives in New York City with her husband, John Schiavone and their beloved boys – their two cats, Emmett and Mozart. In her spare time, she likes to play golf, sail and bicycle. She is also a licensed sailplane pilot and a former skier (who can’t stand the cold anymore), as well as an avid reader and movie fan.
